a Excellent breakfast, great location, comfortable bed

The rooms were big and bright, the bed very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also very good for dinner, the food really tastes very good.

The rooms are very old and I still had a small old tube TV. At the bathtub, the silicone joints in two corners were rejoined with silicone again, but the mould was still partly visible underneath or on the sides.

the property's location was particularly good and magnificent, in city centre of ulm.

I loved the breakfast buffet and the charming single room. just wished the moquette was cleaner. Would definitely choose this spot again!

location: the hotel was near the cafe / bar / restaurant and the central square. the place was within short walking distance to la stradina, where you can have dinner. i was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. a balcony and a carpet were a huge plus.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the train station and the cathedral, the pedestrian zone is within easy reach. That's breakfast good

There's nothing I could complain about.

Loved the location, just a short walk from the Danube and nearby dining options. The large room offered plenty of space, and the wooden interior gave it a charming touch. Staff were always available at the front desk. The room decor felt dated. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some hair left behind during check-in. Noise from outside was somewhat bothersome at night, particularly from nearby bars.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beautiful Ulm Munster. The breakfast was good, with a lovely variety of food. The staff were kind and accommodating throughout my visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Had a really comfortable stay on the road trip, everything was lovely. Everyone who worked there was superbly friendly and exceptionally nice. The room was cozy and updated and big with towel warmer when I arrived. The breakfast at the hotel was nice hot with delicious bread. The property was set in a very central area adjacent to central railway station, the very centre and the beautiful cathedral.

Didn't like anything, except cleanliness issues.

We were in Ulm for our birthday (double birthday) and none of the staff at the reception desk congratulated us although they had our data in the system.

The staff were exceptional and pleasant and the location was perfect to the towm centre. And it was also really close to the city center and maun centernd rail station...
